Grilled Veggies

Ingredients: 

1lb cut up veggies of your choice such as peppers, onions, squash,
 mushrooms, or broccoli
 2-3 Tbs olive or coconut oil
 1 Tbs Golden Broth Seasoning
 1 Tbs your choice of Saucy Ranch, Greek Isle, or Roasted Garlic and
 Red Bell Pepper Zip
 Sautee each side until golden brown

Coconut Corn Chowder

Ingredients:

 5 cups diced, peeled potatoes
 1 cup onion, diced
 2 cups water
 1 tsp. sea salt
 2 tbs La Chikky Seasoning
 4 cups frozen corn
 1 can coconut milk (not light)
 1 tsp dill weed (optional)

Directions: 1. Place potatoes, onions, water, seasonings in large pot.
 2. Simmer for 15 minutes or till tender, turn off heat.
 3. Remove 2 cups of the cooked potato mixture with a slotted spoon and
 place in a blender with coconut milk. Whiz until smooth for about 20
 seconds.
 4. Put mixture back into the soup pot with the frozen corn and dill.
 Heat and serve hot.
