1 banana, ripe
1 c. frozen blueberries
1 c. soymilk, cold
1/4 t. vanilla
2 T. walnuts
4 ice cubes
Whiz till smooth.
2 cups nutmilk or soymilk
1/2 cup old fashioned peanut butter
4 bananas, peeled
Blend milk and ice cubes till smooth. Add peanut butter, syrup then bananas. Add carob powder. Serve in 4 tall frosty glasses.
This drink is terrific for a delightful filling drink in the evening when you don't feel like making a meal. For breakfast, tastes great with oatmeal and fruit. This was the highlight of the evening at a Vegetarian Supper Club in Holt, MI
1 c. V8 juice
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1/4 c. canned beets, drained
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1/4 c. shredded carrots
1/2 bunch parsley without stems
2/3 c. broccoli florets without stems
5 ice cubes
1 carton of soy yogurt, pineapple or a tropical flavor
1 banana
2 c. orange juice
1 c. frozen blueberries, blackberries or raspberries.
Directions: Blend till perfectly smooth. Makes 4 cups.

1 c. soymilk or nutmilk
1 t. vanilla extract
1 c. water
14 Ice cubes
Directions: Blend till smooth.
1-6-ounce can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
4 cups cubed, seeded watermelon
1-12-ounce can flavored sparkling water

In a blender container or food processor bowl, combine pineapple juice concentrate and watermelon. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Pour into four goblets. Divide the sparkling water among the four goblets and stir to combine. Garnish each glass with a lime slice and a lime peel curl. Makes 4 servings. Food exchanges: 2 fruit, 1/2 starch.
1 c. cold water
3 bags Orange and Spice Tea
1 c. frozen strawberries
1 1/2 t. lemon juice
1 c. ice cubes
Microwave water in glass bowl for 2 minutes till hot. Add tea bags and let stand
for 5 minutes. Stir. Remove bags. Stir in sweetener and chill. In a blender, add berries, tea, juice and blend. Add ice cubes one at a time till all blended and icy.
4 1/2 c. pineapple-orange juice, chilled
1/4 c. plus 2 T frozen lemonade, thawed but not diluted
1 1/2 c. ginger ale

Mint sprigs
Combine pineapple juice and lemonade in a pitcher. Just before serving, stir in gingerale. Garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs. 6 servings.
2 c. cold nutmilk or soymilk
4 ice cubes
4 T. Strawberry, Blueberry or Blackberry Jam (unsweetened is fine)
Blend till perfectly smooth.
