Chikky Shells Pasta Dinner Mix
You can make an easy pasta meal within minutes on the stove or in a rice cooker.
Empty bags into a pot, add diced tomatoes, olive oil and catsup or tomato sauce. Cover and cook for a filling, tasty meal. If you prefer a spicy taste, substitute your favorite salsa for the diced tomatoes. Serve with a salad and you have a complete meal in 20 minutes.
Ingredients: Whole wheat pasta shells, soycurls (c), dried onion, sea salt, dried minced garlic, onion powder, dried parsley, herbs.
