Natural Brown Sesame Seeds are small, tasty seeds which are high in calcium. These are often used in cakes, crackers, rolls, breads, casseroles, granola, salads and in breading meal.
Tahini is ground sesame seed butter that is gaining popularity in the United States. Like a nutritious mayonnaise, grind sesame seeds ground with water and salt (1 part seeds to about 2 cups water).
