Whole Organic Kamut (which is pronounced ka-moo) is hard spring wheat. It has a rich, buttery flavor. It is a chewy grain. It has 30% more protein than wheat. People enjoy eating it hot or cold in cereal or breads. Some people sensitive to wheat can eat Kamut without any allergic reactions. It is delicious with rice, black beans and in salads.
