Vegetable Stroganoff 1 frozen roll of Chicketts OR 1 can Soyameat Chicken, drained 1 onion, medium, chopped 1 T. parsley 1 carton (8 oz) sour cream 2 recipes of TVE Rich Brown Gravy 1 cup fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced 5-6 cups of prepared rice OR 1 pkg linguini noodles, cooked Saute mushrooms and onions in olive oil till cooked and soft. Add Chicketts (don't need more oil) and saute till slightly browned. Make 2 recipes of gravy according to recipe on bottle. Add 2 more cups of milk or water. Stir in carton of sour cream.
