Organic Barley Flour can be used in pancakes, biscuits and rolls. Barley flour adds a nutty and appealing flavor to baked goods. You can use 100% barley flour and get excellent results in your baked goods. Barley's nutrition is much like wheat's. (Some celiacs can eat barley in place of wheat flour.) Barley contains Vitamin E, 68% more thiamin, 250% more riboflavin and 38% more lysine than wheat which gives barley a more balanced protein. Sold in 1-lb. quantities
