Rich Brown Gravy Mix

Finally, no mistake gravy that is easy and fast to prepare and always tasty. Just add three cups of liquid (water or milk) to a 1/2 cup of mix, stir and bring to a boil.

If you want it thinner gravy, just add more milk or water.

Great on hot sandwiches, in stews, with stroganoffs, over toast, om casseroles, burgers and as a base in soups.

One bottle makes more than 8 cups of gravy.


Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, potato flour, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, caramel color, evaporated cane juice, herbs.

Try This Simple Recipe!

Vegetable Stroganoff

1 frozen roll of Chicketts OR
1 can Soyameat Chicken, drained
1 onion, medium, chopped
1 T. parsley
1 carton (8 oz) sour cream
2 recipes of TVE Rich Brown Gravy
1 cup fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced
5-6 cups of prepared rice
OR 1 pkg linguini noodles, cooked

Saute mushrooms and onions in olive oil till cooked and soft.
Add Chicketts (don't need more oil) and saute till slightly browned.
Make 2 recipes of gravy according to recipe on bottle. Add 2 more cups of milk or water. Stir in carton of sour cream.
Add mushroom, onion and Chickett mixture, parsley and stir.
Serve over hot rice or hot linguini noodles. Salt to taste with All Purpose Veggie Salt.
