Tuscan Burger Mix
Tasty burgers in 15 minutes. Just add boiling water, cool and scoop out and form into meatballs or burgers. Fry in oil or place on a cookie sheet and bake. Our well seasoned burgers will convince you of their savory goodness. Makes 25 patties. Wholesome without sacrificing taste. Makes so many you can freeze them and use later. Great for casseroles or as veggie burgers for buns. People say they are seasoned just right. Non-vegetarians say these beat beef anyday.
Directions on label:
Bring 4 cups water to a boil. Add the seasoning packet and stir. Cook 2 minutes. Add remaining bag of oatmeal/pecan meal and stir. Turn off heat and let thicken. Leave for a few minutes. Form into patties and bake or saute in oil.
Makes more than 25 medium patties.
Serve with prepared Creamy White Gravy Mix.
Ingredients: Old fashioned rolled oats, pecan meal, garlic, onion, sea salt, potato flour, barley malt, cane juice, basil, herbs.
