Placing an order is simple. Just browse through our website and, when you see products that you’d like to buy, click the “Add To Cart” button. After you click, you’ll go to the Shopping Cart page. If you are happy with your purchase and want to check out, press “proceed to checkout”. If you want to return to the page and continue shopping, press, “Continue Shopping”. After you press Continue Shopping, if you wish to go to another page, press the backwards arrow and select the product you wish to review. We use Pay pal and it gives you the option to use Visa or a personal check. If you have any questions along the way, just call us at 1-989-355- or email us at sales@thevegetarianexpress.com.
If you change your mind when placing your order, just find the quantity column. Put in the number or “0″ and “update page”. Or if you change your mind about purchasing that product, delete it under the “remove it” column. Then press “update page To continue shopping, click “Continue Shopping. When you’ve completed your shopping, just click “Checkout”.
Using your credit card at PayPal is completely safe. They use the best available technology to assure your transactions are secure.
Payments by credit card or check can be made by PayPal. If you wish to call in your order, we will take you credit card number and put it through our natural foods store register. Your receipt will read, Roger’s Natural Foods Store. Sorry, we are currently unable to accept personal checks or C.O.D.’s. by phone.

Shipping & Delivery
The amount you pay is the basic US parcel post shipping charge rate or FedEx rate as well as our handling charges. If your package is 5 lbs. or more, you are charged the FedEx rate.
We do our very best to ship orders within 24 hrs of receipt, Monday – Thursday.
Post Offices and Fed Ex requires an actual street address, and cannot deliver to Post Office boxes. Since boxes can be stolen at P. O. boxes, we require an actual street address.
We currently ship throughout the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship outside the US when you call us to order. We will weigh the package at the post office and call you with the cost.
Please call us directly so we do not put the purchase order into the package.
We try our very best to ship our orders within 24 hours of receipt, Mon- Thurs. We often ship orders the next day when it is ordered Mon-Wed. Fri-Sun orders are shipped on Mondays.
We are not liable for packages that arrive late due to shipping problems arising from “Acts of God” such as earthquakes, floods, storms, hurricanes etc. We are not responsible for packages sent to PO Addresses or where mail is left in hallways. For expedited shipping, please place your order by phone.

Spices and herbs are aromatic natural products that are used to flavor food. Spices are the dried seeds, buds, fruit or flower parts, bark or roots of plants, usually of tropical origin. Herbs are the leaves and sometimes the flowers of plants. There are people who do not want to have the spices cayenne, cinnamon, nutmeg or pepper added to their foods. We can guarantee you that the spices we use may be coriander, anise, lemon rind, orange rind, and mint.
All our products are good for at least one year. There are products with nuts and seeds such as Tuscan Burgers, Parma Zaan Sprinkles and Omega 3 Sunny Waffles. These must be kept in a cool dry place to keep their shelf life. Best when used in 6-8 months from purchase.
